Payment
CAMPSITE PITCH
For campsite pitch rentals, the balance is to be paid upon arrival.
MOBILE HOMES
Mobile home rentals must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date, failing this, the booking may be considered as cancelled. The total amount due for bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Any supplements should be paid the day before departure.
How to pay
Payment may be made in, French bank or postal cheques, eurocheques, travellers cheques, bank transfer or credit card.
Bookings
After receipt of the booking form duly completed with the 25% deposit and 10 euros fixed booking fee, the booking will be confirmed in writing.
Arrivals and Departures
CAMPSITE PITCH
The pitch is available from 3pm and must be vacated by 12 noon.
MOBILE HOMES
Mobile homes must be vacated and left clean by 10am. The mobile home is free from 4pm. In peak season (01/07/06-31/08/06) rentals are saturday 4pm until saturday 10am.

Security deposit (Mobile homes)
A security deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after inventory and general inspection and deductions for any eventual damage. 30 euros will be deducted if the mobile home has not been cleaned properly.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation the fixed booking charge and the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the expected arrival date, or if you do not turn up on the day then the total amount of the stay will be retained. Cancellations must be in writing.
In the exceptional case of cancellation by the campsite, the client will be fully reimbursed.
No show
If you do not show up on the date indicated on the booking form and in the absence of written notification of a later arrival date, the pitch or mobile home will become available for reletting after a period of 24 hours.
Later arrival or earlier departure date
No reduction will be given in the case of late arrival or early departure.
Insurance
The client is recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings; public liability, etc. These are not covered by the campsite insurance, the campsite shall not be liable.
Dogs
Dogs are required to have up to date vaccination papers. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Owners must clean up their dirt. Dogs must not be left unattended. Dogs cannot be accepted for mobile home bookings.
Contract is entered into under French Law.
